Thanks for shopping with PowAir. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that it has arrived safely. We will then confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your card provider’s policies.

• You are responsible for the cost of returning your item.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
